1 General Terms & Conditions

Fuzi9 (also known as bundles.org) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fuzi9 and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bengali and serve as the primary document for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with a version in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to register and play on fuzi9:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You do not reside in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided at the time of registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You do not already have an active account on fuzi9.

During registration, you will need to provide a valid email address, mobile number, and password. Once registration is complete, a verification link will be sent to your email. Your account will not be activated unless the email is verified within 24 hours.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your fuzi9 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security for your account.
• Do not click on any suspicious emails or links claiming to be from fuzi9.

Fuzi9 will never ask for your password or payment details by phone, email, or chat. Any such request is fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on fuzi9 are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined or returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Fuzi9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are communicated before the bonus is issued. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has a set wagering multiplier — typically 20–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each user may claim a bonus offer once only.
• Not all games are available for play with bonus funds — the eligible games list will be specified in the bonus details.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to the cash balance and are calculated based on losses incurred on the same day.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on fuzi9 — including bingo, fish games, slots, Sports Betting, and exchange bets — are conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. Our RNG (Random Number Generator) is regularly audited by an independent third party.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, fuzi9 may void that round and all bets will be refunded.
• Bets placed in Sports Betting before odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If disconnected during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection.
• If you notice a technical error in any game, please report it to the support team immediately.

Under fuzi9's Terms and Conditions, in the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the decision of the support team is final. Logs of all rounds are stored on the server.

7 Responsible Gaming

Fuzi9 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want all our members to play for fun and enjoyment — free from addiction or financial stress. To support this, we provide the following safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: If losses exceed a set amount, the account will automatically take a break.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under fuzi9's Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Manipulating the bonus system or abusing bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using hacking, botting, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward fuzi9 staff.
• Placing bets or making payments through a third party.

9 KYC & Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at fuzi9. It confirms your identity and protects the platform against fraud and money laundering.

The following documents must be submitted before making a withdrawal or transacting above a specified amount:

• Government-issued ID — National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving License.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment method proof — screenshot of your Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket account.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while verification is in progress. Submitting false documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account termination.

10 Account Termination

Fuzi9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request. After cancellation, any dormant balance will be held for up to 30 days.

11 Limitation of Liability

Fuzi9 strives to maintain a consistent and reliable service at all times. However, fuzi9 is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Game loss due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's device.
• Issues caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks).
• Financial losses resulting from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Fuzi9's total liability shall in no case exceed the total funds held in the relevant user's account.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fuzi9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A 7-day notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect. Users will also be notified by email for significant updates.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
